I am on my 8th IVF cycle. I have done 5 with my own eggs and this is my third with DE.
This is also my last IVF cycle. If this doesn’t work, we are on to adoption.
Infertility bloggers were a major source of information and support for me during this seemingly never-ending journey. Before I moved on, I wanted to write up the things I had learned so they might be useful for others who follow this path (though hopefully not for as long as I did). Maybe there is something useful for you here.

Hi there, I am considering DE if my next IVF with my eggs does not work.
What I’d like to know is how difficult was it to find a DE clinic where you could meet the donor? And could you tell me which clinic you used? I have been recommended to Shady Grove outside of DC but they have an anonymous program. However you get lots of information, an essay and a childhood picture of the donor.
